Delivery

DS-MARKET only ships perfectly packaged products. The packaging is made directly by the manufacturer or in properly closed cardboard boxes.

Delivery can be made with different couriers based on the customer's choice at the time of purchase.

Verification of the products received

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:

  • The number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
  • The packaging is intact (not damaged).

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" specifying in writing the type of damage clearly and explicitly on the accompanying document.

If the courier's document is signed without reserve, the Customer will not subsequently be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what was delivered, even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within four days of receipt. Any damage or anomalies must be immediately reported to DS-MARKET using our "Contact Us" form and insert "Administration" on the Subject Header.

Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Shipping Times

The delivery of products generally takes place according to the following times:

Within 24/48 working hours.

Payments by bank transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be managed following the crediting of the DS-MARKET current account (about 2-3 working days) and, for this reason, the shipping times could take up to 2-3 days working more than estimated.
